AUTOMATIC ELECTRICAL MACHINE TO PUNCH AND PLACE 2 EYES SIMULTANEOUSLY. FOR FOOTWEAR, TEXTILE AND LEATHER GOODS.

It punches the material and places two eyelets simultaneously in each cycle, with automatic feeding and automatic material transport.

Equipped with an electronic programmer for the number of eyelets to place. The machine places the programmed number of eyelet pairs and stops.

The eyelets are always correctly spaced and correctly facing each other when both are placed simultaneously.

Indicated for placing eyelets for shoelaces in the footwear industry, in addition to textiles and leather goods.

Aluminum or lightweight eyelets can be used without any problem.

It can be used only to punch out the holes without placing the eyelets.

Changing dies and channels to place eyelets of another size is quick and simple.

Very robust construction and easy to use.

It can be manufactured to work with 380 V. triphasic, or 220 V. single-phase or 200 V. triphasic.
