20M Rivets or Jeans Buttons

ELECTRIC MODULAR MACHINE FOR THE AUTOMATIC PLACEMENT OF SNAPSHOT, RIVETS AND BUTTONS-JEANS. FOR FOOTWEAR, TEXTILE, LEATHER GOODS AND ACCESSORIES

Automatically positions the 2 parts of the rivet or button with each press of the pedal.

It feeds the 2 parts of the rivet through two tanks independently powered by electric motors.

To place snaps it is necessary to use 2 machines, one for placing the male snaps and another for the female snaps.

The machine is supplied adjusted for the placement of the rivet that the client requires. However, its modular design allows rapid transformation to place another type of rivet. This transformation must be carried out by a specialized person or in our workshops.

Robust and silent construction machine.

It includes a laser pointer to help center the brooch.

It can be manufactured to work with 380 V. triphasic, or 220 V. single-phase or 200 V. triphasic.

There are the following versions:

• 20-M. Suitable for placing jeans rivets and snap pins.
• 20-ME. Suitable for 2-piece rivets and also for female snaps.
• 20-MB. Suitable for jeans buttons.

Suitable for the footwear, textile, leather goods and accessories sector.
