HYDRAULIC MACHINE WITH PNEUMATIC PUMP TO SET EYELETS IN NAUTICAL SAILS

This machine has a stop spindle at the top and a pneumatic cylinder capable of applying a pressure of 30 tons on the interchangeable dies that can be used.

Once the perforation has been made with the cutting dies, the riveting dies are used to apply the eyelet with washer.

The upper spindle is used to center the dies, fabric and eyelet with washer. By then operating the pedal of the hydropneumatic pump up to the necessary pressure, riveting is achieved.

You can place eyelets up to 55 millimeters in hole diameter.

This machine is mounted on a platform with wheels to slide it along the ground around the sail. In this way it can be brought closer to the points of application of the candle, avoiding uncomfortable movements of the candle.
