It is especially indicated for the placement of eyelets or aerators on the mattress sides and for cutting to the previously programmed size.
It has two heads, one for the automatic placement of the metal eyelet, and another that inserts the plastic cap or trim inside.
After programming the work to be carried out, the machine places aerators at the preset distances and performs the cut at the indicated distance, making as many beds as programmed.

Equipped with detectors for eyelets or aerators, edge band and cut that stops the machine in the absence of any of these, notifying the corresponding error by means of a message.
