AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC MACHINE FOR RIVETING RINGS. FOR FOOTWEAR
Automatically places a ring each time the pedal is pressed.
The large capacity ring deposit has variable vibration to regulate feeding according to ring consumption.
It is not necessary to drill the material, as long as one-piece self-drilling rings are used (those normally used).
The riveting matrix of the ring can be round or star.
It incorporates a rotating horn, to be able to work any model of footwear.
Fast, silent and robust construction.
It is supplied with a laser pointer to facilitate the centering of the application.
A washer can be used in riveting by placing it by hand in the bottom die. In this case the machine will incorporate a safety ring to prevent injury to the operator.
Specially designed for the footwear industry.
It can be manufactured to work with 380 V. triphasic, or 220 V. single-phase or 200 V. triphasic.
